What is "Mezase, Yuritopia!"?
This site is a fan site for the visual novel Kindred Spirits on the Roof, released by Liar-soft in 2012. Even though this game is almost 13 years old at the time of writing, a lot of content outside of the game is still unarchived and unpreserved, and with the game's fanbase being well past its prime, that content might end up being forever lost to time. My goal here is to eventually round up all available Kindred Spirits content still in existence and create a translated archive of it for everyone to view. Let's all revitalize Yuritopia together!
This is currently a one-person operation, with said person being responsible for maintaining the site and obtaining/archiving/translating content, so I apologize in advance for slow update times. Resources are limited (and I also have other hobbies).
If you'd like to contribute content that's missing or just want to see what's out there, check the Archivist's Corner. I can't guarantee it'll be up to date, but it has a list of the content in my scanning/translation backlog as well as major content I'm still missing.

Site Updates
12/01/25: Spring Recipes, unofficial patch update, and minor corrections
After all this time, the translation for Spring Recipes is finally complete. You can check it out through the sidebar or the Recipes tab above.
The unofficial Kindred Spirits patch has also been updated to ver. 1.0, which fixes all the issues I ran across after finally finishing a full replay of the game. Ended up doing a full playthrough this year where I played through each day's events on the same day IRL, which was pretty fun, although I can't really recommend it (the summer camp arc was especially hellish). Playing through the game chronologically was a fresh perspective though, so I'd recommend giving that a shot if you're thinking of playing through the game again.
On top of that, I also used the opportunity to clean up a few mistakes I made, particularly a mistranslation with the school maps (for Winter Recipes' K☆R segment and Gekkan Uso #45) where I'd misinterpreted 文化部長屋 as 文化部長 + 屋 (culture club president + building) rather than 文化部 + 長屋 (culture club longhouse), and also an issue with my earlier imonamasu blogpost where I'd recalled some stuff incorrectly.
I still need to fix up the wording on some of the earlier Gekkan Uso columns, but I'm currently typing this the day before pushing this site update while horribly sleep deprived, so maybe later.
Next up is probably the BugBug magazine columns? Although they're mostly just short blurbs outside of that one comic. Once that's done, that means that pretty much all available official content (RIP Game-Style, also when's that TRADER Tsukuyo-chan postcard going to pop up somewhere...) outside of Toitentsu's K☆R segments and smaller stuff like staff interviews is available translated in one form or another, so that's a pretty big milestone. The K☆R segments were actually all translated by someone else (I believe by the original translator for the game?) some years back, but the posts were entirely wiped with almost zero archives available, which is unfortunate. Not the biggest fan of treading old ground, but if it's for yuritopia's sake...!
8/26/25: New doujin scans
Not really an update to the site per se, but I've done some new doujin/merch scans which are available on the Archive portion of the site. This includes seven doujin booklets (including the fanbook from ユリトピアのために！２), as well as YuritopiAcoustic, a doujin album featuring acoustic covers of some Kindred Spirits tracks. There's also a higher-res scan of the Sachi/Yuna order bonus telephone card as well. Scans are all currently available on the MEGA archive and will be put on archive.org once the site stops acting up.
Yes, I know it's been over a month and I haven't done any of the recipe integrations and stuff I said in the previous update—long story short, I wasn't really satisfied with the quality of parts of the existing translations I was wanting to integrate, but revising them turned out to take a lot of time that I decided I'd rather dedicate to translating new content instead. There's some progress being made on that front (specifically with Spring Recipes), but I just haven't really been in the mood to translate stuff lately, so I appreciate your understanding.

~7/24/25: New scans, minor tweaks
Doubt anyone'll really read this, but decided to spin up a little section to talk about more minor site changes, especially since there have been mistranslation fixes, etc. that have snuck by behind the scenes.
This minor update mainly updates the Winter Recipes doujin with the higher-quality scans I took on a proper scanning setup (vs. the godawful setup I had before).
These changes really only tweak the image quality, although I did adjust some phrasing in the "12/3" section in a prior site update ("All due to my splendid! Magnificent! Ad-libbing!" -> "All due to my superb ad-libbing, executed... magnificently!") to better match a certain someone's reference I missed (and later corrected to add) in Gekkan Uso Vol. 44.
Summer Ice Blues also saw very minor tweaks because I felt like I overdid Youka's wording a bit.
Next up on the current minor wave of updates is properly integrating Summer Recipes and Fall Recipes (translated by others) into the site, as well as making some tweaks to the translations of Gekkan Uso Vol. 42-44 (they were rushed to meet Kindred Spirits' 13th anniversary, so I'm not really satisfied with how I translated some parts).
After that, hopefully I'll be able to tackle Spring Recipes, but that'll take a while...
